“I began strength training in 1997, when I was a freshman in high school. The first day of weight training, everybody had to take a bench press test, and I was the only person in the entire class that couldn’t complete a single rep with an empty 45-lb bar, including the women in the class. Since then I have completely engrossed myself in strength-training culture, and have put on over 80lbs of mostly muscle since that first day in weight training class. I have been lucky enough to take what started as a hobby and turn it into a successful career.”

Exercise Philosophy:
“My dad always wanted me to be an engineer like him, but I wanted to do something that would impact people more deeply. Society today is so unaware of the true power of fitness and nutrition in their lives. A quote that I try to remember every day is that ‘A life is only as important as the lives it affects’. I want my passion for fitness and healthy living to spread like a disease”

Keith is a total Strength and Conditioning nut. He has competed in Power-lifting, Olympic lifting, and Strongman competitions. Keith obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Western Illinois University in Macomb and is a member of the U.S. Army Reserves.
Exercise Philosophy:
“I’m a big believer in Olympic weightlifting and kettle bell lifts; they get the best results in weight loss, muscle gain, stability, and core development. 30-minute workout sessions are intense and to the point. The Bulgarians have been using these intense 25-45 minute workouts for at least 30 years and they produce some of the best overall lifters in the world. I believe through hard work and knowledge people can learn the skills to function their best and that means great health and a strong body.”
